Team Bath Racing, or TBR, represents the University of Bath in the annual IMechE Formula Student competition. The team consists of mechanical and automotive engineering students studying masters degrees within the University of Bath’s renowned Mechanical Engineering Department. The aim of the competition is to design and build a single seat formula style race car competing in static and dynamic events against other universities from across the globe.

A long history of innovation and professionalism has firmly established the University of Bath as the leading UK Formula Student team and one of the best in the world. Our exploits at Silverstone and around the world for the past 12 years are testament to the hard work and dedication shown by every member, past and present, as we strive to build on our success.
