TBR10 at Prescott Hill Climb

Team Bath Racing was kindly invited to the Autumn Classic at Prescott Speed Hill Climb by The Bugatti Trust. The event was the final event of the Prescott Hill Climb season and featured 5 decades of classic and vintage cars from 1920 to 1970.

TBR was invited along with teams from 6 other UK universities to demonstrate their Formula Student cars during the lunch break. The teams would accelerate off the line and then coast around the course as if it was a parade lap. Unfortunately for TBR, the right front wheel bearing broke saturday morning and so we were not able to show off the car that day. After a lot of team effort and many hours of hard work we fixed the car with minutes to spare for Sundays event. Driving up the Prescott Hill was a real thrill and the hard work it took to get us there made it even more special.

We would like to thank the Bugatti Trust for inviting us to this event and all the help they gave us in fixing the car. We also need to thank F.H Greening & Sons at Alderton Garage for their help in fixing our car.
